How does the clinical treatment tackle PE?
Since premature ejaculation is predominately caused by psychological factors, PE treatment works by increasing serotonin levels and targets the part of your brain that processes sexual excitement, which helps you maintain control and stay in the moment during sex.
Are there any side effects?
Side effects are uncommon on PE treatment, although a small percentage of men may experience nausea, headaches, tiredness or dizziness. If at anytime you experience these, you will be able to connect with your doctor to discuss your options and alternative courses of treatment.
When will I see results?

Will the medication automatically give me an erection?
No. Medications that help with PE by improving erectile function will not give you an automatic erection – sexual stimulation is still needed in order for you to get an erection. Erectile medication will only amplify the signals required for normal penile function.

Can I take medication while also doing the Last Longer Program?

Yes, in fact it’s recommended you tackle PE with behavioural training at the same time as taking medication in order to achieve long-term results. After learning the techniques included in the program, some men find they no longer require medication in order to have a fulfilling sex life.
How does pricing on Pilot work?
There is a one-off $20 cost for the health practitioner's consultation – which is refunded if you're not suitable for Pilot. The cost of medication starts at $5.75 per use.
